No it is the duty of the court to see that shareholders are compensated fairly or as fairly as possible for damages suffered. It is obviously unfair for shareholders who registered before set amount cash settlement to be diluted after that date. I'm waiting on confirmation that MB is welcoming newbies or not. If I find we are being diluted by newbies I will seek legal advise how to proceed. I'd rather see SGH go bust with my coffee please.
