I think you and I have lost a similar amount of $ in SGH ie. 100s of thousands. I am more than happy for any other eligible holders to join the class action to get their share of the pie. I am mentally written off SGH loss and will appear as a capital loss in my tax return for at least the next few years. I think you should try to do the same and think of whatever you get back as a bonus.

ps. It was quite clear to anyone who signed up to MB that this was a open class action and that's how things things work.

None of us will ever craw back anything close to our overall losses but let's all move on... how about the 2000+ other shares on the ASX for a start.
