Ah yes...the norm of if they dont agree with my view..attack them for their background...knowledge etc etc.

...if they traded during that period specified in the class action and lost money...thats easy to participate in the settlement and get some money...why not?...its free money...its an open class action, anyone can participate...even if not participating earlier.

Let me ask you this..if you were in their situation...wouldnt you participate and get some money back?...wouldnt you?
Why should a guy who signs up a day or two later deserve to get nothing...both have losses...the total should be spread across those who legitimately had losses not who signs up earlier or later. If you had losses during the period you should be entitled.
