I agree with you 100%. Parts and maintenance in combination of fast overnight delivery is absolutely critical + maintenance crew. The company I work for is distributing also Nordson adhesive systems. We sell simple hot melt adhesive system that costs circa 10 KEUR and it generates soo much service/maintenance hours, parts, and cleaning chemiclas sales over the years that the 10 KEUR becomes just a fraction of total cost of ownership for customer. I imagine any WaaS entity will have maintenance crew who checks the "beast" weekly/monthly when it's back in the base/garage. Probably Hadrian operators will be trained to do some basic repair and spare part change on building site if needed. Usually that kind of heavy machinery have basic spare part kits with them all the time anyways.

FBR had during recent build such case, Mark mentioned it in the video. Would be super cool to hear in more detail what issue was and how long it took to fix.
