i remember the cost blowouts after the capital raising.There were dealys in getting mining approval for pits,i think nearly three months.Reallocating contractors and equipment elsewhere to what you have planned is not efficient and is rather costly.
They haven't had the same problems with what's opening up now.
DYOR+DYODD worth reading the QTRLY activities reports for some of the answers.
