An old Irish farmer's dog goes missing and he's inconsolable.

After a week, the dog still hasn't shown up, and the farmer's wife makes a suggestion -
"Why don't you put an ad in the local paper?"

The farmer does just that.

But two weeks later the dog is still missing.

"Did you put an ad in the local paper?" his wife asks.

"I did." says the farmer.

"And what wording did you use?" she says.

"Here boy" he replies.
