Correct, BG ... The legal wheels turn very slowly, but as you say they are well into motion, and Nkwe / Zijin / Genorah should be very nervous indeed.
As I have been telling people here on HC for a little while now, it is just a matter of time before our case, ( with the assistance of ASIC ) is put into effect ... and by that stage it will have been prepared down to the last detail, so minorities will definitely have an action that the company will have to answer to in court, both in Australia and Bermuda ... Unfortunately for them, they will NOT have those answers.
Their tactics of stalling, delaying, denying, and not responding have sorely tried our patience ... but that is the only card they've got to play ... The law is on our side, so if we all contain our frustration and stay the course, we WILL win out in the end.
