Burntgamber,thanks for your input,great as always and also good info from Wayne,my main concern is,being derailed at this point in time, when the majority of the costs can and should be bourn by ASIC, be seen to be a destabilizing legal issue where the Bermuda Legal issue comes into play.I am very much on the same page as both of you guys.
