Excellent research Scarecrow. Shows what can be gleaned by a couple of hours of good detective work. I have followed PRW since the Lindemans Bore (aka Norilsk lookalike) fiasco. PRW is a classic example of a "lifestyle" company - directors lifestyle that is.
An examination of PRW's annual reports over the years shows the management have rewarded themselves through excessive wages (as compared to their peers), incurred extravagant travel and accommodation charges and have weaved a complex web of related party transactions. Not to mention the complete disregard to shareholder dilution.
You'd hope that investors would learn and cease to back this motley crew but unfortunately it appears that stupidity is a renewable resource.
