    Is my understanding correct that only one member of the current board of BDL, Mr Mason Hills of RFC, will join the board of ASL? No news of the others, eh?
    RFC's entry price into BDL is about 14 cents per share , I believe....still some way to go for RFC to break even...hope they do.
