The prototype related to what size memory?

How much space did the prototype take up in comparison to conventional memory?

What was the reliability of the prototype?

The prototype on plastic seemed at first viewing a bit underwhelming, only up to 10 times faster, when you consider the multiples of speed for the prototype on silicon substrates. The voltage required threw me initially for the plastic version, until I re-read it and realised up to 3 times less voltage is much better than 40% less voltage for the silicon substrate variety.
