I work for mining contractor. We givin set amount of bcm to move each month.if we not meet the amount of bcm per month we are charged for not meeting it.but if there re delys becuse of mining set up weather or down time not due to our control we ok.there lots of reason way contractor not meet targets.but if we move to much bcm we dont get payed for it.one year we moved to much we got sent home for one week no pay
