it is a crappy situation and i am not tryin to make it worse but i read that offer differently.

i read that as trying to get it sorted before the assets are sold to the Delaware incorporated entity.... not after the assets move to US jurisdiction.

but not my dog in the fight....

quick question: have u read what u agreed to with ur broker re settlement when u ticked the "Terms Agreement" box and "i have read the PDS" ?
