Missing shares 17/10/2023, page-65

Newbie here.

I can't even check automatic as I think I need a HIN/SRN which I don't have as I use superhero as broker. But I emailed superhero to confirm that my shares settled on the 17th and this was the reply

"It appears your two IHL buy orders from 17th November 2023 were successful and are available within the Holdings tab of your Superhero account."

I actually had 3 x buy's on the 17th (1x in morning and 2x in arvo, 6k worth of shares total), so they're wrong straight up there.. But all seems okay from their end in terms of settlement?
