Hard to report to the regulatory authorities (ASIC) as we are not privy to the broker involved.... ABN address contacts etc.
I did speak to an ASIC rep as she would not speak of any particular but emailed me the link for reporting.Makea report of misconduct to ASIC | ASIC

Unfortunately we don't know who the broker is. Westpac would not disclose. Just saying that they are working with the broker. The issue I have is the huge naked dump, on what grounds has this broker the capacity to do so where an entity dose not own the equity, many small parcel holders under threshold due to this activity and there is no guarantee, apart from Wespac that are working on the issue on our behalf.
