A further point that I would like to add after speaking with other holders far more knowledgeable than myself.

Insist on receiving your shares & not a refund as this will potentially put upward pressure on the SP by forcing the seller of these shares to cover by
1. Purchasing what ADR’s are available
2. Will need to continue to purchase any short fall at the beginning of trade when we list on NDQ.
