Let me put a 15,000,000 share order at 0.001 to stop the stupidity of individuals on this forum overthinking issues. There is a huge gap in selling between 9.3 and 9.7, but if so many are selling so quickly, why is it not filled? They are scaring you off intentionally, why do you think any purchasing is done from individuals with no bids on the stock market, and only into small scale investors.
