The direct retail isn't making any money at all - $400k before head office costs in the segment results, why they would be expanding this v the wholesale operation doesn't make sense. Wholesale is far more profitable.

Looks like they have loaded up those financials from an excel spreadsheet also. Software packages don't spit numbers out that look like that?
