So, apparently you don't really know any whispers, you just sold the stock and hope you were right to do so.

Apparently the company feels it is in the right here, and willing and able to go into arbitration. They will hold up any major from developing this for years. So, any major will have to go thru AGY in the meantime if they want this project. I'm sure AGY would take 1 billion, 2 billion, to lift this litigation. AGY can hold this project up for years in the court. Looks like they finally decided to play hardball.
