IMO....it doesnt matter whether or not the Chinese got the company cheap..should have paid another 5,10 or 20 million dollars....Machinga yes or no.....
Think strategically...the Chinese will probably buy the fourth largest niobium producer for $41+/- million. The company will essentially become a Chinese state enterprise.
If I were sitting in Beijing, I would be looking forward to getting cost price niobium, dysprosium whatever for the next 20 years...and the shareholders...well, who cares about them.
Someone tell me I'm wrong....
