missing the point!!!

Guys,
your exasperation is understandable but I think you totally miss the point. The management are obviously incredibly shrewd i.e. acquiring control of company without paying a takeover premium, just for a start. If the new management are taking a more critical view to the use of the company's assets i.e. its cash, that can only be a good thing for all parties!!

p.s. note that my earlier posts predicted the outcome that people are complaining about!!
