Well, it's still break even on the original parcel, but I've got some others that I paid $1.25 for too!!
At least if I'd sold the first lot, the gain on that lot would've covered the losses on the second lot.
If only...
Then I would be buying again today. As it is, I'm fresh out of cash :-(
Not selling ANYTHING until this market improves though.
