I appreciate your constant monitoring of the MPM. This change in the RFP (request for proposal MPM-NLWS) date shift from 10 July to 24 July looks cool and 'correct' for MST as the ongoing favoured MPM contractor, because 24 July is 'the day after' we get money in the bank 23 July. To be clear, following a successful vote at our meeting 16 July for the Luxinvest/Umbrella capital reconstruction - then subsequent 'completion' puts money in the bank 23 July. All good for the anticipated MPM Contract (Engineering and Manufacturing Development stage) award in early Q1 FY13 (USA) which is basically October 2012 on our Aus calendar.
I have to say the precision of these July dates looks a bit like having ducks lined up. All good for the optimists.
