i know that valuation is high at this point, for undeveloped acres to come in with that price tag would suggest that 5000 acres would need to be developed all with 280 bopd 30 day ip rates or more, but remember the number of wells was only multiplied by npv10.
Dis, you know your stuff, i would have thought RFE would have been a buy in your books, get on board, imho the scenario you mentioned would not be the case with RFE!!
Stove, with some of the investors we have on board now, i really dont think RFE will be taken over at low prices, they wouldnt allow this.
holders, forgot to mention on the initial post, with numbers like that bandied around, scale of the project could be important, the more acres the better, hoping once RFE hits 50k acres we continue on to perhaps 75k, this will be a parcel the big guys will find hard to ignore especially with oil prices remaining high.
