It would appear that the above mis-sent message about shed 5 was between John Welborn, chairman and CEO of FEX, and Peter Kerr, CEO of MGX.
From the invitation to lunch, plus comments in presentations of looking forward to working together, it would appear John and Peter are pretty chummy and are cooking up a major project together. I say "major project" as Peter Kerr recently used the word "sizeable" in describing forthcoming investment.
