I agree with a lack of confidence in management. Paul needs to take a step back and hand over the reings to a GUN CEO with a proven track record of growing small companies into something big.
He is too small time to take this to the next level.
Paul needs to realise this and let his ego go,who cares who runs the company if the share price is pumping. In a public company it's about keeping your shareholders happy, not yourself as the CEO happy and content with your yearly dividend, with a sh*t share price.
