I agree:
The attached schedule identifies those listed companies in which the ANZ Group held shares comprising 5% or more of the total issued voting shares...
ANZ has commenced a disposal programme with respect to shares in which it has an interest under the Opes Prime AMSLAs.
Also interesting to read that ANZ had loaned out some of the shares also... There are deep ethical issues IMO in lending shares out that have been put up as collateral for a loan.
Doesn't look good for any of the companies listed. At least ADY has the liquidity to get this through within a couple of weeks. The companies without the liquidity will have the Sword of Damacles hanging over their heads for an extended period.
