I was just about to post along the same lines - it seems that the announcement is a bit ambiguous, or rather misleading. I think that it means that the numbers shown are the shares aquired by ANZ as of friday, not necessary the shares that they have left? We have have to wait to the significant holding disclosure to get the real numbers
