VXL has not been taken over, the Administrators/New Board are proposing a name change to Quantum Graphite. Existing shareholders will be diluted to <12% of the company if existing shareholders agree to the deed of arrangement, Chimera will own ~80% with other creditors having ~8-10% of the company.
Then there will have to be a Cap Raise of some sort, further dilution to existing shareholders unless they participate.
Would you put more money in?
