Lol... if this action was instigated by a creditor their KARMA is fine, it is KARMA that has caught up with TON due to the ineptitude of past management. Bottom line in these situations someone has provided services/goods and hasn't been paid for it - in these situations the creditors usually get shafted to a degree as they end up getting less than they should.
