The so called Knifing bb in the back did not and could not have had any material impact on this company facing VA .... If bb was still at the helm, the share price would be the only place that a 'difference' leading into the VA would be reflrcted ...... Not the state of the companies finances or lack thereof that caused the calling for the VA
Unless of course, some wish to imply that the current BOD have made a mistake and over reacted to the companies fiscal position?
