Its about timing - did it have to be done then and there, at that critical moment before the CR?!?

I know at our firm, where, if we had an important project to be completed by an employee, that we want to sack, over differences in direction or over minor performance infractions, we would wait until he/she finishes that project, before executing the termination. Otherwise, a new staff would need to pick up that project and start from the beginning again.

Unless of course, the termination must be immediate, over some serious or criminal matters.

In relation to TON, of course, the Board had the power to sack BB at their discretion.

The question was the timing - whether it had to be immediate or if it could wait after the CR.
