Mayne have the footprint Mithra require in the US and i think the writing is on 'the wall for Corbett (hence; the im standing down next year )because he knows all to well whats going to happen. If SR cocks up the second go with the FDA,Mithra may run out of patience and just lob a bid to remove them all together and clear a path for their vision.
