    The billions that will go to Crosslands from Mitsubishi will be used to develop the mine(regardless of infrastructure decision)

    If OP&R decide to procede with the Port and Rail Project Mitsubishi will obtain 100% of the funding for OP&R from banks, institutions, investors etc and there is an option to have the Chinese provide funding as well.
