trust me I've seen plenty of MOUs signed with several other companies, it might create FOMO initially but share price almost always go back to where it started after the hype, whether it's announced or not it won't make a difference in the SP, sometimes it even damages the company if the MOU doesn't go through to something more concrete for whatever reason. So yeah...to anyone wishing for a SP boost because of the MOU, there you go.
