Few months ago I asked a mate who worked in corporate at the Port Authority and all he would confirm is that discussions were on-going... They are all required to be very tight lipped about these things, broomours spread like wildfire.

The way I see it is that and agreement would be lucrative for both Buru and the Port , so they'll make it happen eventually. As with everything involving energy/resources greed is probably a factor in discussions and so one of the parties probably has to back off a little.
