    Still haven't decided, if we get PPA I won't, I will make up my mind the week before.
    Considering the "imminent" announcement was 7 months ago, 1 month isn't that long.
    If they hope to have production by late next year they need to get a move on.
    I would expect Kerry is applying as much pressure as he can.
