In response to your last post Shyam17, Mitsubishi Development is not a shareholder of MMX. They have marketing rights to the ore developed in stage 2 production of Jack Hills and as we know have 50% of OPR. Maybee you're thinking of POSCO who hold 10%. I think Mitsubishi would find it tough to get approval from Harbinger and POSCO for a takeover proposal.
