So can you tell me what is so strategic about Crosslands (as opposed to MMX itself) .... what hold, control, assets or interests does Crosslands own or have exclusivity to? Why didn't Mitsubishi simply take over MMX like Sino did with MIS? Does MMX actually own or control 100% of the IO resource then? Is that why Sino want MMX (including their interests in Crosslands?). Whats the formal arrangement or advantages for the respective Crosslands joint venturers in Crosslands?

If Sino takeover MMX, where does that leave Mitsubishi?
