MMX wont pay CHM want they want ,so there aint no sale its only Dec and MMX has to march ,no one will do deals now watch for moves from other parties around end Jan to Mid Feb.If Barnett had the B-lls ,He would not allow Mitsu to have OPR and grant it to a new bidder only with guaranteed finance and irrovocable start date for construction and completion .That would be the chinese ,also if MMX is getting rid of all the mining employees why do they need the fancy offices and over paid staff and management ,the over heads should be slashed and the top 6 MisManagers should be terminated by the board in the shareholders interest ,as I have said before MMX should be worth min of a billion plus royalties on future ore shipped .this is also the opinion of previous Founders of MMX and doesnt include Paul ,any opinions ???
