And I should clarify that yes, minerals being recognised as property of the state is standard across across the world. What I should of said is that exploitation of lithium in Chile is currently reserved by the state, unless you're able to obtain a special operating contract from the state. This is not standard. Though I'm sure you were already aware of this, but just wanted to poke holes in my argument in order to justify attacking me.
