CCHEN awarded MSB with a production quota on March 9th, Pinera was sworn in as President on March 11th, I mixed the 2 dates up. I'm still convinced this would of come at the direction of Pinera due to the track record of the Bachelet government and their unwillingness to cooperate with the private sector in regards to lithium exploitation. I'd be very surprised if CCHEN would approve a quota of such historical importance under the guidance of an outgoing government. This is of course pure speculation on my part, so feel free to ridicule me for my error Gekko, as you seem to take much pleasure in it.
