This article from business spectator says that

"The minimum cash commitment from Mitsui will be about $104 million"

so it is all cash but its also for a stake in other Uranium One projects

"49 per cent interest in the Honeymoon project and the Gould's Dam and Billeroo projects, as well as prospective tenements on the Stuart Shelf and Eyre Peninsula"

But and this is the interesting bit for CUY

"Uranium One said the majority of the funds would be used to advance the development of the Honeymoon project through to commercial production."

So will Oban cost $100 million to get to production? That's a question for Bob i guess.
