I short indices only. Got the fall from 1225 down to 1080s, where I was lightly short. Reloaded and went harder all the way up through the 150 point SPX bounce. Closed out 1st hour of trading in the US markets on the 21st - as per my trading plan.

No I am not bullish. Never will be, until the world goes into margin call and reverts to ZERO lvr for at least 24 hours. But I'm not short anymore.

Yeah, I was tempted to unload and step back, (wouldn't have bought, unlike some here who buy at the lows and sell at the highs all the time). But I had sour grapes I didn't belt this market hard enough from 1225, so I let the bounce happen and reloaded, to my detriment.

I'm with you - gonna sit out till end of October. And reload. Maybe at 13 handle on the SPX.
