If there is a bid there will almost certainly be more than 1. The Asians have been scrambling for a share of coal and iron ore assets and now it would appear that the world's largest steel company (valued at over 40 billion euros) is aware of RIV. The potential for the size of the deposits of near surface (open pit and therefore extremely high margin) and the % that is hard coking coal means that buying RIV gives these large foreign firms access to maybe 5 billion ton of coal and huge amounts of profit.
I for one will not be selling for less than $20
