At the end of the presentation is what appears to be a court filing - essentially moving that VRC are complicit and should not be entitled to even vote on Scheme B.
why on earth are our directors and ‘business partners’ flogging off a perfectly good company at the lowest possible point? Hundreds of ASX companies have raised capital this year, but only VRL has ‘thrown in the towel’.
it makes me sick how crooked this whole thing is.
