Still waiting for what. The stock has gone ex the 2.5 cent dividend and payment occurs late this month (I think). The stock price did go up and came off as it went ex divi and has drifted lower since. The announcement the other day re termination of the US JV clears the way for the total sale of assets and return of funds to shareholders. Tho selling these assets in this market is difficult and I think the whole thing taking longer than they had hoped. We will learn more when they announce their half year results on 17 February. I take comfort in this being part of the Mirvac group as the parent is well capitalised and I think will do the right thing by us all.
