My understanding of Nolans Bore (aru) is that the deposit consists of fluroapatite veins. This is completely different geologically and metallurgically to what Ngulla is.
Fluroapatite like monazite or zircon requires "cracking" to extract rare earths (costly, complex) We just need to leach the stuff with acid.
We could sell concentrate and let someone else worry about separation of individual REEs.
