See what you are saying about Wellard. A lot of people were burnt in the original listing but Wellard have changed their business model and they are up about 15% for the month of Feb so far but that can change .There has been some good turnover compared to normal. It will be interesting to see Wellard's financials. Just maybe things are starting to turn.
A lot of SNC's stocks seem to be performing relatively well so just maybe the NTA this month will be good but who knows how the erratic market will behave in the next week.
I am surprised that you have your SNC sentiment as a sell but that's your choice.
I see the big picture differently from many perspectives. Income and yield , stock selection, discount to NTA and activism
