Hi, I agree and am watching with interest.
Hard to imagine it not proceeding, but at what offer. Looks like the market is expecting a higher offer. I used to own AGS but took, like most holders, the 2019 offer, while SNC did not.
“On 19 August 2019 (post-reporting), Alliance received an off-market takeover offer by Gandel Metals Pty Ltd (“Gandel Metals” or “Bidder”), a related entity, to acquire all of the shares in Alliance at an Offer price of $0.14 “
Morningstar Quantitive has a .26 recommendation.
